Garfield James
Community leaderGarfield James is an astute, humble, and diligent professional who hails from Clarendon. A graduate of The Mico College, the University of the West Indies, Central Connecticut University, and Mainseed Christian University, he has dedicated his life to the service of his community and country.
Dr. Garfield James is a husband and father of two who has lived and worked in Westmoreland for nearly three decades. His passion for education led him from the classroom to the principal’s office at Little London High School, where he served from 2012. In 2016, he was elected as the Councillor for the Sheffield Division, transforming both the school and the community in a positive way.
